Please do not machine wash. This product is 100% wool so it may felt/shrink/change shape if exposed to too much friction, heat or water. We recommend spot washing with cold water (rinse free detergent works great if you have it!) or using a professional dry cleaner.
Be mindful of rough or sharp surfaces/edges that could potentially snag or damage your garment.
Avoid storing your bag in a hanging position as the strap will stretch over time.
